She has studied with Alison Armstrong from PAX, read and integrated aspects of David Deida’s work and is trained and certified as a DNA and Theta practitioner. Cynthia Stringer facilities and inspires people to embrace and step into their natural flow of life. She specializes in the fine art of letting go and reinventing yourself.

Her background includes many years of providing counseling, coaching, light ministering and Reiki. As a consultant and seminar leader, she teaches the power of expressing yourself authentically and by living from an expanded place of possibilities and service.
